About 2 Hour STUDIO HIRE Bookings

These are reviewed and accepted at our discretion. If we’re happy with your date and time choice, we’ll confirm the hire and send you a payment request. Your request may not be accepted. Please wait until our confirmation before making any other preparations for your shoot.

Please don’t apply for 2 hours in the middle of the day at any time, or at all at the weekend. 2 hour bookings won’t be accepted at these times.

Why You Ask – They stop other longer potential bookings from happening, therefore restricting our potential earnings. We don’t want to stop providing them BUT you have to compromise on when you shoot.

There is an exception to this rule if we already have a decent booking in one day, we can fit another short booking in before or after. Give us a call and see what’s available.

3-5 Hour Bookings in the middle of the day

If you booking a half day it’s best to either start early around 9am OR 2-3pm in the afternoon. This allows us to fit other hires in before/after you. If you book slap bang in the middle of the day you may be asked to start earlier / later if other bookings come in.

Music Video Shoots & Commercial Filming

Since the studio was setup back in 2020 we’ve shot around 100 music videos. We’ve ended up helping on the lighting with most of them so the lighting assist is now mandatory for music video and also commercial filming.

Camera Hire & Specialised Equipment Hire

We recommend using Fatllama if you need to rent camera equipment

Billing & Invoices

Arch Photo Studio is a trading name of Dimensions Displays Ltd. Invoices and payments will appear from Dimensions Displays Ltd on bank statements. We are VAT regsitered and all our prices include VAT. If you require a VAT receipt we can supply them on request. Please get in touch.

Terms & Conditions

  • This price includes the use of all the equipment listed here
  • Minimum booking is 2 hours. Weekdays mornings only.
  • Lighting Assist is Mandatory On Music Video Shoots
  • Damage / Breakages Must Be Paid For
  • The maximum group size allowed is 20
  • Monday – Thursday bookings can be made between 8am – 7pm.
  • Friday bookings can be made between 9am – 6pm.
  • Weekend bookings can be made between 10am – 6pm.
  • Out of hours bookings are £70 per hour. Please Call
  • Overtime is £15 per 15 minute block.
  • Payment with order required to secure booking.
  • Your booking is fully refundable with 72 hours notice of cancellation.
  • If you paid by card your refund will be subject to a 2% admin fee.
  • 50% refundable on 48 hours’ notice.
  • Payment is non-refundable on a no-show.
  • Damage/ Require new backdrop paper- £10 per m charge.
